Meeting #1

Officers were elected on Monday, February 5th, 2024. During this meeting the following were chosen to be official club officers;

Makenzie Sweeney- President 

Aria Sennet- Secretary and News Reporter

Oliver Oberlander-Vice President 

Savannah Clark-Treasurer 

Kaden Sweeney- Historian and Safety Officer

Lillian Smith- Health Officer

Dylan Evans and Harper Miller- Sign in Officers

Dylan Evans and Harper Miller-Recreation Leaders

Kaden Sweeney- Community Service Officer

The next meeting will be held on March 4th, 2024 at 5:30 p.m at the St. John's United Church of Christ in Bucyrus, Ohio.

 

Meeting #2

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 2nd meeting on March 4th. During our Old Business discussion Kaden Sweeney made the motion to untable our clubs Historian position. Kaden Sweeney was voted as Club Historian. 8 Members, 6 Advisors, 4 Parents/Other adults, and 2 Cloverbuds were present at the meeting.

The next meeting had been held on March 18th, 2024 at 5:30 pm at the St.John United Church of Christ in Bucyrus Ohio

 

Meeting #3

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 3rd meeting on March 18th. We discussed T-shirts for this year's Fair theme "Christmas Faircation." One other thing that was mentioned during the meeting was an interesting safety fact from our Safety Officer, Lillan Smith. She talked about the members of our club taking a safety course on how to drive 4 wheelers safely and the importance of wearing helmets. 

The next meeting had been held on April, 1st, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the St.John United Church of Christ in Bucyrus Ohio

 

Meeting #4

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers Held its 4th meeting , Monday, April 1st, 2024.

6 Members; 6 Advisors; 5 Parents/Other Adults and 2 Cloverbuds were present. Resulting in 19 people total, Dylan Evans the clubs Recreation and Sign in officer, showed the club how to do an experiment with Eggs and Gravity in A Cup. Project books were passed out to the members who registered early.

The next meeting will be held Monday, April 15th, 2024, at the St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bucyrus, Ohio

 

Meeting #5

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 5th meeting, Monday, April 15th, 2024. 

Our Recreational Officers, Harper Miller and Dylan Evans passed out a 4-H emblem paper at the beginning of the meeting. At the end of our meeting, members chose who turned the 4-H emblem paper into the most creative drawing, Aria Sennet had the most votes. Krispy Kreme orders were passed from our fundraiser which raised over $2,000 dollars.

The next meeting will be held on Monday, May 6th, 2024 at 5:30pm at the St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bucyrus, Ohio.

 

Meeting #6

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 6th meeting, Monday, May 6th, 2024.

Our club has been planning on donating to our local Humane Society, on June 1st at 1pm. The club has finally voted on a T-shirt design, Pink and Grey shirts with black lettering.

The next meeting will be held on May 20th, 2024 at 5:30pm at the St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bucyrus, Ohio.

 

Meeting #7

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 7th meeting, Monday, May 20th, 2024.

Kaden Sweeney showed us his demonstration of “How to Build A Napkin Holder.” , Teaching us how to prevent napkins from flying away during a picnic. The Fair Booth ideas that we had thought of were red tree skirts and 4-H garland. 6 Members, 4 Advisors, 5 Parents/Other Adults, and 3 Cloverbuds were present, resulting in 18 people present at the meeting.

The next meeting will be held on June 3rd, 2024 at 5:30pm at the St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bucyrus, Ohio

 

Meeting #8

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 8th meeting, Monday, June 3rd, 2024.

On July 1st we will begin working on our Fair Booth, working together and making it look amazing. Our clubs Food Stand that we will be assisting with will be running from 8:00-10:30 pm on Tuesday, July 16th. 4 Members, 6 Advisors,3 Parents/Other Adults, 2 Cloverbuds, ending with 15 people present at the meeting.

The next meeting will be held June 10th, 5:30 pm at the St. John’s United Church of Christ, in Bucyrus, Ohio.

 

Meeting #9

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers Held their 9th meeting Monday, June 10th, 2024.

The Club has been working on a Group Project presented by Advisor Don Auck, Members of the club have to make specified meals without recipes. They have to use ingredients that Don has given them. Members have made various meals.

The next meeting will be held, June 17th, 2024 at 5:30 pm, at St. John’s United Church of Christ, in Bucyrus, Ohio.

 

Meeting #10

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 10th meeting,Monday, June 17th, 2024.

John from Rescued Rollers talked to the club about disabled dogs and how people can help, he introduced Mila, she walked around the room to get pet by members. Rescued Rollers has been saving dogs since 2016 and it is 100% volunteer driven. President Mackenzie Sweeney went to 4-H camp  She said “ The weather was super hot and the water was warm. “ Overall she had a fun experience.
