Meeting #1
Officers were elected on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. During this meeting the following were chosen to be official club officers;

The next meeting will be held Monday, March 3, 2025 at 5:30 p.m at the St. John's United Church of Christ in Bucyrus, Ohio.
Meeting #2
This meeting was held March 3rd, 2025. During this meeting we listened to our Health Officer Safety Officer, and our Recreation Leaders.
Health Officer, Kaden Sweeney talked about getting at least nine to ten hours of sleep and drinking lots of water.
Safety Officer, Dylan Evans talked about cord safety and what to do to prevent accidents.
Our Recreation Leaders had the members play Never Have I Ever, all members got to participate by asking the group questions about things they have done or haven’t done.

Meeting #3
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their third meeting on Monday, March 17th. During this meeting we had a few new guests who were interested in joining the club.
Advisor Don Auck had the whole group make their own butter while the meeting was going on. It was a very fun project and it turned out very well. Everyone had received their order forms for our current fundraiser, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. The final orders will be collected on Monday, April 7th.

Meeting #4
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their fourth meeting on Monday, April 7th. Final orders were collected for the Krispy Kreme Fundraiser. The club held a New Officer Initiation, it’s where new members go through a process that makes them official members.
Our Health Leader talked about making sure to at least get 30 minutes of exercise per day. Then our Safety Leader told us to never eat wild mushrooms without getting them correctly identified.

Meeting #5
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 5th meeting on Monday, April 21st. The health tip for this meeting is that sleep is very important for brain health, lack of sleep can develop brain toxins.
This meeting's role call was what everyone's favorite fruit was. Our Safety leader told us to make sure that we all turn our electronics before we go to sleep. Keeping electronics on can affect how your body works
Dylan Evans gave a demonstration on how to make elephant toothpaste.

The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 7th meeting on Monday, May 19th. Our health leader talked about how bananas can provide lots of energy, and are very healthy. Our safety leader told us to be careful when outside and on trees, make sure to check for ticks afterwards.
During this meeting we talked about shoe boxes, shoe boxes are a really fun club event we do every year, it is basically a donation box. For the next few meetings the club will be talking about what we will do for our fairbooth.

Meeting #8
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 8th meeting on Monday, June 2nd. For this meeting three senior members participated in a culinary competition. The event challenged the members to prepare pork chops alongside a selection of different ingredients, including sweet potatoes.
During the meeting, the club's health leader gave us a health tip emphasizing the importance of foot care and the necessity of wearing supportive footwear.
Following this, member Emma Lishness provided a demonstration on service dogs, showing us the various types of assistance these animals offer to people with specific needs.

Meeting #9
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 9th meeting on Monday, June 9th. During this meeting our health officer discussed how stress can increase the risks of getting diabetes and heart disease.
Our safety officer told us to be aware of a plant called Poison Hemlock. Poison Hemlock looks very similar to wild carrots, although Poison Hemlock is extremely dangerous to consume.
After the meeting was adjourned the club had members do their required demonstrations. Lillian Smith did a demonstration on how to do a unique hairstyle, Kaden Sweeney showed us how to make your own lava lamp, and Dariana Perry taught us how to make your own ice cream.

Meeting #10
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 10th meeting on Monday, June 16th. Our health leader discussed with the club on the Four T’s and why they are important for health.
Next meeting ,June 23rd, our Cheese and Bratwurst fundraiser orders will be picked up by advisors and passed out to those that ordered.
During this meeting two senior members tried to make their own peach cobblers for another cookoff. The members had 45 minutes to finish their cobbler and both did a fantastic job.

Meeting #11
The Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers held their 11th meeting on Monday, June 23th. The clubs Health leader told us that practicing deep breathing exercises can calm your mind and help reduce stress
Bratwurst and Cheese orders were picked up by those that ordered. Our club's Safety leader had a member talk about how to properly do a squat. T-shirts are going to be passed out at the next meeting.

Meeting #12
This meeting was held June 30th, 2025. During this meeting we talked about how we would count all of our Turning Point items after the meeting, this is basically a foundation where we collect various needed items for self care. Some examples are shampoo and conditioner or deodorant.
Advisor Sandy asked the club if anyone had any questions about their projects before the fair started.

Meeting #13
This meeting was held July 7th, 2025. To start this meeting off, Donald, a Naturalist from Lowe Volk, brought in samples of various creatures to show to the club. Most of these creatures lived in ponds.
Club member Savannah Clark shared marshmallow smores with the club. Multiple members said that they tasted very delicious. A few of our senior members demonstrated judging for projects so that the new members could get an idea on what they should do to make a good impression on their judge.
This was the last meeting from the Bucyrus Kilbourne Klovers 4-H club, we hope that we gain a few more members for next year's 4-H season.
