Jr. Fair Livestock Entry Forms
Jr. Fair Livestock Entry Form is for all non-market livestock, rabbits, poultry, and dairy. Due by June 20th by 4:30 p.m. at OSU Extension or submitted electronically date stamped June 20th.
After 11:59 p.m. June 20th, exhibitors MUST hand deliver their entry form(s) WITH A $25 LATE FEE PER FORM to OSU Extension during business hours until Friday, June 26th or until noon at Skillathon Saturday, June 27th.

2026 Livestock Quality Assurance Flyer
All livestock exhibitors must complete an Ohio 4-H approved quality assurance program, online YQCA, or test out of their age range by June 5, 2026 to be eligible for county AND state fair.
