Celebrating 100 Years of Ohio State University Extension
The national celebration for Extension’s 100th anniversary is entering high gear, and I want you all to join in the fun! May 8, 2014 will mark 100 years since the signing of the Smith-Lever Act, which established the Cooperative Extension Service. We would like to take the time over the course of this year to reflect and celebrate all that Extension in Crawford County has done for us as individuals, families, farmers, youth, and the community as a whole.

Reminder about QA Policy passed by the Livestock Committee. 1. Any youth arriving more than 15 minutes late will not get to participate and will need to come to one of the other QA sessions. 2. Youth using their cell phones during QA will need to attend another session. No cell phones should be out or used during the session! The LAST QA will be Monday, May 12th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Youth Building.

Community Garden Program at OSU Unger Farm
The Crawford County OSU Extension Office will once again be offering Unger Farm Community Garden Plots. Plots will be 10X20. Cost is $20 for each plot.
